Organic Porridge Oats, Pimhill (850g)
The finest organic oats in the UK - the perfect oats to use for your homemade oat milk.
Our customers regularly get in touch asking which are the best oats to use for Kitleys homemade oat milk. Although you can make oat milk from oats bought at the supermarket, we found they often come in plastic packaging and are rarely organic. We therefore decided to find a UK company with similar values to Kitleys which produces fantastic quality oats. Our research led us to Pimhill’s door. We recently visited the farm and met the wonderful owner, Ginny, for a cup of tea and a farm tour - and we knew we had found the perfect oats to recommend to our customers!
Pimhill Farm is nestled in the beautiful countryside of Northern Shropshire. The Farm has been organic since 1949, true pioneers of the organic movement at a time when there was no real commercial or societal incentive to farm organically. The spirit of these foundations lives on at the Farm today. Ginny and her family continue to farm organically and are on a mission to make quality organic produce accessible to everyone. In addition, the Farm is deeply conscious of its environmental impact with measures such as using zero plastic and recyclable paper in the packaging of their porridge oats.
