Peanut butter, cranberry and seed energy balls

These are the perfect snack with your mid-morning cuppa that will keep you going through until lunch. Best of all, they take only a few minutes to whiz together.


Ingredients

80g rolled oats

140g smooth peanut butter

60g mixed seeds

60g dried cranberries

5 tbps agave nectar

1 tbps chia seeds







Method

  1. Combine the ingredients in a bowl with a wooden spoon.

  2. Roll into 1 inch diameter balls, and then place on a greaseproof paper lined plate in the fridge for 30 minutes - and that's it! Your energy balls in the fridge for up to 1 week.
