Updated: Aug 25, 2021

Making chia pudding overnight means that you can make breakfast in less than five minutes in the morning, which is perfect if mornings are already busy enough! Plus, you can make a batch and it will last for a few days. It is creamy, versatile and has that wonderful ability to be healthy while simultaneously feeling like an indulgent dessert.
