delivery & returns
As we all know, all delivery services are under immense pressure right now with Covid-19 and the holiday season. Please allow a few extra days for delivery during this time.
So, our delivery times always include one working day for handling. Lucy needs that time to get the product packed, label printed and time to put on her trainers and run to the delivery point. Then, we use two companies for our delivery:
For standard delivery we use Hermes standard service. They promise 2-3 working day delivery time.
For express delivery we use Hermes next day service, orders must be received by 9am. They promise next business day delivery with tracking.
We are charged for delivery by weight. So unfortunately, if you purchase more than one kit, the delivery cost will go up for you too. We are sad about this because we want to reward our customers for large orders, not penalise them! But bear with us, we are still a small company and are working towards free delivery in the future.
If there are any issues at all with your order, then please do send us a message and we will get onto it pronto.
If you would like to process a return, you will need to contact us within 14 days of delivery. You will need to dispatch the item back to us within 30 days of delivery and you will be responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you will be responsible for any loss in value.
